About Geek+Tea
Q: What is Geek+Tea?
A: Geek+Tea is your portal to whimsical worlds where tea, art, and stationery collide. We craft high-quality, fun, and conversation-sparking products—from hand-blended teas to illustrated stationery—all inspired by retro sci-fi, botanical surrealism, and a love for the absurd. Because why should your cuppa be boring?
Q: Who are you?
A: I’m Alyson, the nerdy botanist, herbalist, grower, packer, website writer, photo-taker, brainchild, tea overlord, and potion maker behind Geek+Tea. Basically, I’m the one who stays up too late wondering if plants dream of electric sheep.
Ordering & Custom Requests
Q: I love your products! How can I order for my subscription box, board game café, wedding, or NASA coworkers?
A: We love you too! Send us a message with your inquiry. Tell us who you are, your hobbies, your favourite fandom, what you’re looking for, and any important dates. We’ll let you know if it’s doable—and trust us, we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Q: Do you do bulk orders?
A: Absolutely! We have a small army of minions (okay, fine, it’s just a couple of friends and family) ready to pack things up for you. Give us an idea of what you need, but remember: we’re north of the border in Canada, so there may be border delays and customs charges. We bill shipping separately and send everything via registered Canada Post mail.
Note: Large orders (100+ items) need 4–6 weeks notice. Contact us sooner rather than later—we’re just one person with a full-time job, and we’d rather avoid 3 a.m. cram sessions. We’re too old for that; everything is starting to feel old.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: My order hasn’t arrived yet. When will it come?
A: It arrives when it gets there, as my grandmother would say. Once the package leaves our studio, you will receive tracking information email and it’s in the hands of hardworking postal workers. While great wars have been fought over tea, we prefer to Keep Calm and Put the Kettle On. Generally, speaking once you email or contact us asking where your order is, it tends to show up a few days later.

Collaborations & Work
Q: Can I work for you?
A: Hopefully someday! But for now, we’re not hiring. If you’re looking for a WOOFING experience (organic farming, not dog walking), send us your resume. We occasionally offer accommodation in exchange for farm work.

Q: Can I use your art for my own projects?
A: Short answer: Nope! Our art is copyrighted, but we encourage you to share photos of our products on social media! Tag us @geekandtea so we can see how you’re enjoying your Geek+Tea goodies. For commercial use or licensing, please contact us directly.
Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: Currently, Geek+Tea operates online, but you can find our products at select comic cons and pop-up events. Follow us on Instagram for updates on where we’ll be next!
